Volt represents Universal Audio’s first foray into the “beginner” market of recording hardware. With a much lower price point, they were targeting young musicians just starting out, podcasters, and YouTubers — audiences they had yet to tap.
Together with Universal Audio, we created this four part video campaign launching the new audio interface. We wrote short, comedic stories highlighting the struggles of getting their music and message out to the world. We made sure these unique characters and their situations reflected Volt’s versatility, and this was the result.
