What’s Possible From Home

We recently released two episodes for AWS for two different series. Both are international. And both were created under the creative restrictions due to the pandemic.

In short, everyone made these from home!

No Go Build “Poland”

The last episode in season 2 of Now Go Build is now live on Amazon Prime and YouTube and features a subject that’s been uniquely impacted by the pandemic — education.

Just as the students in this episode have found new ways to learn from home, we had to find a new way to tell their story without hopping on a plane and traveling to the 5 different countries in which this episode takes place. It took quite a few all-nighters as we adjusted to different time zones in our own living rooms, but it was so worth it.

AWS Innovators “Kim and Tom Erik”

Along with AWS, we developed a series at the start of the pandemic that features the creative minds that use cloud technology. What ensued is a series of creators telling their own stories in their own unique ways! The series spans the globe, and encourages makers to generate their own content for the show. And while we definitely want to take an in-person tour of Kim’s farm someday, we were delighted by how some guidance, enthusiasm, and a few cell phones could transport us there without ever leaving our offices.
